The Parish Council annual accounts, like those of many other public bodies, run from 1st April to 31st March.

Income comes mainly from the precept, which is a charge added to the Council tax bill and collected from each household in Lound. In addition the Parish Council has some income from renting the garages and allotments in Earth Lane.
